Buscemi is a small country village that dominates the Anapos valley in Syracuse province. Rich in history with evidence of the ancient remains of Akrai, Casmene and the necropolis of Pantalica, it still has a centuries-old pastoralist economy with its typical products, fragrances and flavors. All backed by a cultural identity, where the signs of man in their changing dynamics, are documented and made intelligible by a museum wich is actually considered as a unique example in Europe, "I luoghi del lavoro contadino."
